We got a really big Christmas surprise this year.  My
bother,
who wasn’t supposed to be home from Iraq until January, called around noon an
Christmas Eve to say that he had gotten to come home early and that
someone needed to pick him up at the airport.  It was so
exciting.  He didn’t even know that he was going to be able to
come home until that morning.  He didn’t get a chance to call
before he left, so we had no idea he was coming until he actually got
here.  It was a very good surprise!  It was good to spend
Christmas with my entire family.

Honestly, Tupelo can be a pretty boring town if you have good tastes.  What’s your idea of fun and I’ll tell you what there is to do. haha

Probably the classiest place to go dancing in Tupelo would be Woody’s.  JR’s has dancing, but they cater to the more 30 something/40 something divorcee types haha.  I would stay away from the Zoo and the Connection (if those places are even still open) cause they are sorta trashy.

We worked last summer together but they’ve split us up for next summer. I will be at Glorieta and Chad will be back at Carson-Newman. It’s good to hear from you!
